With Nokia Software Recovery Tool, you can solve almost any problem with your malfunctioning Nokia device, resetting it to factory default settings and installing the latest version of the firmware.
To do this, you need to connect the device via USB and follow the instructions on the screen. Be sure to make a backup of your files though, because the operation is irreversible and will erase all your data.
